Claudette Ortiz
Claudette Ortiz (born July 21, 1981 in Willingboro, New Jersey) is an American singer of African-American and Puerto-Rican descent, most famous as the female in the R&B group City High although she has built somewhat of a name for herself as a solo artist. Personal life Ryan Toby, former group mate, married Ortiz on October 14, 2004. They have 2 sons together. Ortiz's first son was born in 2003 with Toby. According to IMDB, Claudette also had a son with a rapper from New Jersey named Malicious Jynx, born on August 19, 2004. Her third son (fathered by Ryan) Joel was born August 12, 2005.
